Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and costs £5.95.

Express UK Delivery takes 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery and costs £14.95 (order by midday for next day delivery).

How do I return an order?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in an unworn condition with tags on.

Can I wear the Deep Forest Zip Pocket Dress on holiday or a cruise?

Yes. It's easy to wear, travels well and is machine washable, so it's a great holiday and cruise dress, and just as lovely for everyday and weddings.

What is the fabric like?

It's an Italian soft stretch cotton, comfortable and breathable, and the dress is made in London. It's machine washable at 30 degrees.

Is the Zip Pocket Dress flattering for a larger bust?

Yes. The front zip won't gape like buttons can, and you can set it to your preferred neckline. The bodice is scooped just under the bust to lift and define.

What is a ballerina length dress?

A ballerina length falls between the calf and the ankle. It's elegant and flattering, feels dressy without being formal, and works for both day and evening.

Does it have pockets?

Of course! Deep pockets are one of my favourite features of this bestselling dress.

What do the dual sizes mean?

Both Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days) and Express Delivery (1-2 working days) are fully tracked delivery services with Royal Mail.

International Delivery

International delivery (5-8 working days): £30.00. It is not trackable.
